: The location was great The apt. Was spacious
: The apt. Needs maintenance the window shutter would not close properly and the kitchen was not clean specially the garbage cans were dirty And we could not use the terrace because it was not clean at all

: Gorgeous and unique interior with tons of space.This unit is very convenient to the Duomo and everything else in central Florence. Unfortunately that does mean that street noises carry very clearly into the apartment well into the night (about 2 am).
: The terrace entrance is through the bathroom. Its a historic building, so the layout is quirky.

: property was big, clean and very nice. Convenient to Duomo and all main attractions, restaurants. Long but feasible walk to the train, etc.
: location was extremely loud and hot. air conditioners did not work well in all rooms. had difficulty sleeping due noise late at night and then very early in the AM. Needed to open the windows because air conditioning didn't work well but then noise was worse. Washer / Dryer combo unit which means it takes many hours to do a load of laundry - 7 hours. That made laundry really not feasible on a 2 night stay.
