: Upon arrival, the keys were not on the lockpad like we were told, and we had to wait about one hour for someone to bring them. The apartament needs to be updated - in the loft "bedroom" there is no place, at all, to put your luggage or seat, the shower in the second floor has a broken door and the one in the main floor is leaking, making a mess during showers. The apartament has a lot of steps and levels, so I wouldn't recommend for elderly people or children (especially because the elevator only takes you to the second floor and there is 2 stairs to get to the apartament). But the location is amazing, and overall is a good place for the amount charged.

: The location is just super, right in the middle of Florence. Also the outside seating area was a nice thing to have.
: We visited in April and one of the bedrooms was a little cold and damp and we did not get the heater to work. But other bedrooms were very good and there was extra blankets also.
