: Quite literally nothing at all.
: Worst experience in the world with this property. Arrived at the property and was greeted by Carlo. He shows us the apartment and it doesn't look like the booking site. The rooms are dirty, there are cracked tiles, broken cupboards / fridge door, dirty and scuffed stairs and walls. The third bed is set up in what looks like broom cupboard with the washer / dryer in the corner. The one and only bathroom is a small, dirty, yellow ensuite so you have to walk through someone else's room to use the toilet or the shower. When we raised our concerns about this, he told us to take our luggage and get out of the apartment if we are not satisfied. Incredibly rude and abrupt. No apology for his dreadful customer service nor the state of the accomodation, just aggression and told us to go away. We ended up leaving and booking secondary accomodation after this experience. We agreed on a refund of the fees we paid before we left and we went elsewhere. Now he won't answer our calls, emails and text messages to follow up on getting our money back. He also ignores all outreach from Booking.com as well so we are now out of pocket 1100 due to his deceitful behaviour. We have text messages from him and emails from Booking advising that a full refund is the best way forward but nothing has come through. We've never met a more dishonest, fraudulent or deceitful property owner. Save your money and book elsewhere in Florence, there are MUCH nicer properties with lovely hosts for less money. I would not wish this experience for anyone. I am incredibly disappointed in Carlo, his practices and his property. Do not trust this accomodation.

: Great apartment in the center of Florence.
: The apartment wasnt as beautiful as on the photos on Booking.com. We were not given the apartment with the view to the cathedral as promised and booked. The shower is very small and the laundry machine was not working.
