: The location was great. There were restaurants, bars, supermarket etc really close by. The flat was fairly clean and had a lift/one flight of stairs.
: The flat needs to be aired out in between bookings. There needs to be some minor adjustments to stuff provided such as outlet adapters for the toaster and iron and make sure cleaning stuff such as dish washing detergent is at the flat.

: location was excellent - by Ponte Vecchio. very convenient to walk to everything in Florence. very comfortable beds. nice to return to air conditioning as it was quite hot in Florence.
: wish we were provided more than one key since there were 4 persons in our group

: It wasnt super clear in the apartment. Kitchen was so small and we have only 2 glasses for 4 person .In the shower we dont have any place for cosmetics.2nd bedroom was really very small.The apartment is located over the supermarket so every morning it was very noise.For this price we expected a little bit more comfortable place .

: Great location in Florence and easy to reach everything. Check in was fantastic and host was brilliant with good comms
: There was black mould growing on several of the walls in most of the rooms. There had been no visible attempt to deal with this and my daughter has left the property with quite a severe respiratory infection.Additionally the equipment in the apartment was poor - two glass cups and three gin glasses were the only drinking receptacles. a dribble of washing up liquid, one bin liner and half a toilet roll - not great at all. The apartment wasnt cheap and people expect a minimal level of comfort and facility which this did not fulfil
