: Main issue for me was not being informed before I booked that I would need to use another website to complete the reservation and pay the city tax. I would not have booked if I new this. Then they started contacting me on Whats app while I indicated email or text was my preference. The company only responded to messages sent via What's app, not Booking.com . Also we specifically indicated that we would be using the second bed (sofa bed). We arrived and it had not been made. Luckily the person who met us helped find sheets. The place was also very dusty. The door lock is tricky to open.

: Central location, near to all main attractions of the City. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
: It was pretty cold inside (May), and AC wasn't helping to much. Water lacked pressure, especially hot water, and taking a shower was an adventure, also because shower cabin wasn't draining the water properly. Overall, pictures are misleading, and I dont think that I would stay again there.
