  : The apartments are good and convenient. Kitchen is fully equipped. Staff provided us with the cleaning dishes and paper towels. Parking on the street and costs 18 euro per day.
  : The humidity is very high and you feel wet all the time. The pillows are terrible. Not very easy to find parking place. It could be also oil in the kitchen. The TV is not working with the usb and has the only Italian channels.

  : We are a family of 3 and spent 5 nights here.Friendly welcome from Sara and Tancredi. They gave us some tips and information about the city.This is a fully equipped, comfortable clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and complete kitchen, and is a walking distance from/to Firenze S.M.N. station.Supermarket at the station offers everything you need for your stay.We explore the city by foot what is easy to manage.Last but not least, the apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator. For us, it was no problem!We highly recommend the apartment to others and we will stay there again during our next visit to Firenze.Siamo stati molto soddisfatti! Grazie mille

  : VERY disappointed after climbing at least 6 flights of stairs to the apartment (no lift), the property was ok. The apartment is on a busy street where the trams also pass frequently, therefore having windows open is very loud, however, we thought we had air conditioning (as advertised) so it would be ok. After returning late from our evening out we could not find the remotes for any of the a/c units. When I called to complain hoping they were going to tell me where I could find the remotes they simply said sorry all of them were broken and had been removed!! We therefore had a very uncomfortable night in a warm apartment, NOT what we expected as the property is advertised WITH a/c!!!!! Having used booking.com for many holidays this goes down as the worst experience to date, I would NOT recommend this property. The advertisement is misleading!!!

  : owners waited for us til late evening (our train was delayed) to hand over the keys. place was modern and updated. bathroom was nice and roomy.some 20 minute walk away from train station and other attractions.
  : stayed at 3rd floor and there was no lift, though owners explained why. bringing our luggage up and down the stairs was a challenge.
