  : The photos made the room look nicer than it was. Would not pay full price for the room. Also, the fridge did not work.

  : There are cutlery but no plates. There is a wardrobe, but it contains the owner's belongings. The curtains don't close. The bed was not comfortable, my back was stiff every day. pillows smell. There is no bathroom curtain, everywhere gets wet. Jacuzzi is not working. The bathroom is leaking. When taking a bath, be careful as water may overflow to the outer door of the house. If you have children, never think about it, it may slip and fall off. Since the bathroom was leaking while we were staying, they requested access to the room for renovations while we were away and asked us not to use the bathroom. It is quite illogical to say that you should not take a bath in 27 degree weather. We told them that we could not wait in the room because we had other plans and that this had to be done before our stay. It was obvious before us that this bathroom was problematic. However, privacy was violated and we realized that the room had been entered without permission due to the relocation of some items. This is a very big disappointment. There is a table where you can eat but you have to wash your cutlery in the bathroom. The air conditioner doesn't even heat itself. Even if the weather is a little cold, you cannot warm up. Luckily for us, the weather was warm. The blanket is not enough and I'm not sure about hygiene.We did not need it during our stays in Venice and Barcelona on a 11-day trip plan, but at this stop in Florence we used the pillow cases we took with us just in case, because the pillows smelled very bad.

  : The location is perfect near to the city Historical Center (3min walk to the Duomo). The bathroom is big and all the apartment was hot (perfect for the winter). The bed was big and comfortable
  : Since the room is tiled, I think there should have been slippers, especially in the winter season. There should also be some kind of curtain in the bathtub The blankets were washed but had a strange, not very pleasant smell

  : unsufficient litter bin and without sorting, no curtain for shower (the bathroom get easily flooded), no flexibility for check-out, eating place not confortable, too many automatic messages in booking and whatsapp

  : The high ceilings were so cool. They have a cool European vibe, the location was so great, close to everything. Quite noisy if you leave the windows open but they have an air conditioner so if you shut them and turn it on you will sleep great. The bed was huge, could have been a bit more comfortable but it was good enough. We would stay again!
