: location is perfect! very good value for the money. Room is big, with small kitchen and the room is also clean and bed is confortable.
: lift is very small, the common area is within two different rooms and our staff got locked out but managed to get it by calling the agent for door access.

: The room is in a very bad state. It's not clean. The bathroom is really really small. The walls are in a bad state. Absolutely no toiletry provided not even soap. The floor is sticky. Not worth paying so much money here. Absolute waste of money.

: It is well located very close to the Duomo and principal streets in Florence
: I didnt realize it was not a hotel; it was a room rental. There is no staff to support you. It was located on a very busy street, so expect to hear noise until 2:00 am. The shower is not appropriately covered, so expect to clean the floor every time you take a shower.

: The location is in the center of Florence.
: Communication with the host was horrible. The host didn't answer our questions or way late. I have asked parking issue a few weeks ago, no answer. I asked again one day before we arrive, no answer. We didn't get any information about parking untill we arrived. The host finally suggested a parking garage and said you had better to make a reservation. Why did the host provide the parking information earlier??? We spent an hour to drive around the city to find a parking spot:((.
