: Location was great. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio. Dawn was very accommodating allowing us to check in a little early and check out a little later so that we did not have to pay extra for our bags.
: Electricity cuts out quite regularly. Luckily Dawn had shown us where the trip switch was so we could turn it back on, so it wasnt really a problem.

: The location was perfect! Right off the Ponte Vecchio. Great local restaurants, coffee and shops. You could not ask for more. There was an elevator as this unit was on the 4th floor. Easy to get in and out. Host was very nice. The unit had everything we needed including a mini washing machine! Americans can sometimes come to expect too much from accommodations, but we are pretty easy going. Yes, the two bathrooms were small, but very clean. And yes, being the location was so very good, you could hear street noise at night, which we love! The life around us was so wonderful! A shoemaker works next door which gave us a chance to see a true artisan at work. A post office is a few doors down and a grocery store just across the street. You cant beat the place.
: Twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other had mattresses that were very thin, hard, and low to the ground, which might make it a bit difficult for older people. An update of mattresses or thick mattress toppers would be a good addition. Otherwise, we had everything we needed in a wonderful location!

: Location: The unit was on a back street, so it was quiet but still close to attractions. Good kitchen, bedrooms, and living, but small showers. Staff were wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

: Fantastic location near the Ponte Vecchio, so great to pop back for a siesta to escape the midday heat of Florence. Air conditioning was fab as it was very hot.Plenty of space for a grown up family of four.Two shower rooms was a bonus too.Checking in arrangements were perfect and our host was very welcoming.
: Nothing much to dislike really, it was good value for money and perfect for the family.
