: The room is beautiful. Very tasteful and the bed is very comfortable. The balcony is nice though you share it with your neighbouring room. The location is perfect and close to everything. You can store your bags and they have good breakfast.
: As I went back to pick the luggage, I asked if I could use any restroom that was available and was denied by the cleaning staff.

: It was a bit on the outskirts of the city. Not too much of a walk and I knew that when I booked it. The area lacked a bit of the charm of the historical center but everything else far out weighed that. It was a great value and we loved it!

: The manager is not a person who should be in the hospitality business. Never in my 40 years of travel to over 60 counties have I been treated so poorly. I am used to communications prior to arrival advising check in time, but in addtion I was asked to supply what time I would be having breakfast and to fill out a spreadsheet with my breakfast order by 10am the day before arrival. I was unable to comply due to the nature of the attachment, this was the beginning of my stay from hell. Surfice to say if you wish to enjoy your stay in Firenze do not stay at this accommodation which is run by a tyrannical and controling person who cares more about his rules that the customer.
