: I liked the location and the view, and the apartment was nicely renovated.
: The sofa bed is broken and the part of the legs sinks down, making it a bit uncomfortable

: The location is just next to the main train station so very convenient and a 10-20 min walk to main sightseeing spots (about 7 mins walk to Florence Academy of Fine Arts to see the statue of David). Both WiFi and A/C worked great. The views are amazing where you can see Florence and the dome of Maria del Fiore in the palm of your hand.
: It's located on the 5th or 6th floor (literally in the "attic") with narrow stairs so if you are not in a good physical condition, that might not be for you. Also, the couch in the kitchen was uncomfortable and tricky to sleep on it.

: The property is located near the center (5 minute walk big cathedral). If you enjoy walking all other city attractions are at around 15 minutes. at 50 metres you can find a private parking (Garage Nationale - 36 euro per day) or at the end of the street is the rail station and there is a big undrgrund public parking.
: The property is at floor 5 and no elevator.If you have a lot of luggage is pretty exhausting to carry them on the stairs. You dont have a key for the main entrance because the access is via on a phone app and if you walk the entire day and remain without battery is difficult to enter the property.In the sommer you will have in rooms more than 30 degrees. "The superb view" is only because the church is very tall not due to the appartment!
